My on line auction is going pretty well. I am very pleased, especially with the email exchanges I have had with new collectors, new friends. I've sold 21 paintings in about 20 days, admittedly at prices similar to what could be achieved at an outdoor festival. Definitely no regrets. My web auction has allowed me to replenish my coffers for studio painting through the winter. Thank you to everyone who has participated and those who continue to bid. Attached is a video I took last January, while selling at an outdoor street market in downtown Seattle. Although I enjoyed the personal contact, I will not miss the rain, wind, snow, dirt, mud, set up, take down, and so on . . . yes, it is snowing in this video.
